Onsite provided assistance to Opus in the development and independent review of
an operational performance monitoring system of the Roading Network under the PSMC
contract model. Roading assets included carriageway, berm, signs, vegetation, litter,
public amenities, stormwater and traffic services.

Onsite has been undertaking independent Network Inspections for the Auckland City
Council Roading Maintenance Group. Scope of work includes the Inspection of road
carriageways, car parks, service lanes, signs, vegetation, public amenities, stormwater
and traffic services. As part of this Contract Onsite have developed a unique web
service enabling electronic synchronisation and transfer of data from Onsite Road
Inspections directly into the National RAMM Road Database.

In the supply of Asset Data Updating and Condition Grading information relating
to the asset inventory of Manukau City Parks, Onsite have developed and implemented
electronic synchronisation and data transfer with the Council’s CONFIRM Asset Management
System. This includes the updating, naming and transferring of over 20,000 digital
photos relating to Park Assets over the last year. A data integrity accuracy objective
of 95% has been set and achieved.
Onsite has completed a full GPS inventory of all Parks Assets, allowing GIS, spatial
ID and location of assets.
