Dave Pritchard (Director)

Dave has been involved in Parks and Road Maintenance Monitoring and Inspection since 1995. He is the founding Director of Onsite. He remains involved in the Audit Inspection activities and is also the driver for continual improvement of the systems the company operates. Dave has skills in contract management, system development, planning and programming. He has an in-depth knowledge of performance based service delivery.

Annetta Purdy (Lead Auditor)

Annetta has been involved in the horticultural industry for the past 22 years. She has extensive practical horticultural experience in Local Authority garden maintenance operations. Since 2004 Annetta has been responsible for auditing the Garden Contract and Passive Park Contract and more recently the Playground and Structures Maintenance Contract for Manukau City. She is also involved in Parks Asset Update Survey work and Special Projects. Annetta is a qualified playground auditor.

Dave Parnell (Parks Auditor)

Dave has been an Auditor for Onsite since 2007 and is responsible for auditing Active, Hard Surfaces, Toilet and Changeroom assets on Manukau City Parks. He also undertakes Contractor Health and Safety Audits. In addition to his current role, Dave has an extensive background in the horticultural industry including 11 years with Veg-Gro Horticentre as Branch Manager, responsible for the overall compliance to HSNO and H & S regulations at 5 Veg-Gro branches throughout New Zealand. Dave also worked for the Hamilton City Council, Parks and Reserves Department.

Ann Power (Parks Auditor)

Ann has been involved in the horticultural industry for over 18 years. Her training was completed with the Auckland City Council Parks Department. Prior to joining Onsite in 2009, Ann had held various sales management and consulting positions in wholesale and retail nursery environments. She owned her own garden centre on the North Shore for 5 years.

Cameron Walker (Parks Auditor)

Cameron joins Onsite with considerable experience in Local Authority Parks planning & maintenance. During his career he has held various roles with Rodney , Wellington & North Shore Councils.
Cameron has a strong background in the field of Ecology & the Environment & has recently worked with the Auckland Transition Authority assisting with strategic development in this area. He will be working with us on performance audits in the Auckland Local & Sports Parks - South area.

Rod Rowlands (Road Inspector/Auditor)

Rod joined the Onsite Team in 1999 and since then has inspected and audited a wide range of Roading Infrastructure Assets including carriageways, footpaths, signs and stormwater systems. He has worked on Contracts in Rodney District, North Shore City and Manukau City. Rod has assisted in the development of the Road and Sign Inspection systems utilised by Onsite.

Scott Fraser (Road Inspector/Auditor)

Scott has spent his entire working career, since 1995, specialising in data gathering and reporting in the Roading industry. This has involved inspection of street lights, road signs, road condition rating and traffic survey projects. Since commencing his involvement with Onsite in 2004, Scott has undertaken inspection work in Waitakere City, Auckland City, Franklin District, Whangarei District and Taupo District.

Vicki Pritchard (Administrator)

Prior to taking fulltime control of the Onsite administration function in 1999, Vicki had over 20 years experience in the Travel and Fire Protection industries, holding positions in secretarial, accounts, administration, sales and customer service areas.

Phil Heron (Road Auditor/Inspector)

Phil joined us mid 2010 to undertake a Road Audit/Performance monitoring role in North Shore and Waitakere Cities. Phil�s considerable IT skills have aided us in developing our systems in the Road Audit area. He has had a 20 year career in the NZ Navy and more recently has been involved with Web development and IT programming.

John Jessop (Road Inspector / Auditor)

John operates our dedicated Footpath Inspection Vehicle & utilises our latest GPS / Video / Voice Recognition & Computer technology. He joined Onsite in late 2010 , & after assisting with developement of this new inspection equipment now undertakes inspection projects on the North Shore & Hibiscus Coast areas. John previously spent 30 years in the Probation Service ,in a number of management roles.
